In a large deep bowl, add flour, salt, yeast and sugar. Mix to combine.
Add water to the dry ingredients and stir. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to the dough if the dough is too dry. You want the dough to be pretty sticky and not too dry.
Cover bowl of dough with a clean towel. Let rise for 6+ hours up to overnight.
Lightly grease a 9x5 bread pan. Using a rubber spatula, dump dough into the bread pan. Cover with a clean dish towel and let rise one more hour.
While dough rises, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Tent the bread pan with a piece of aluminum foil. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
Once the bread is done, carefully transfer bread to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
