Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chunky peanut butter
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • cup brown sugar
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
  • In the bowl of your stand mixer, cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars over medium speed with your paddle attachment. Add vanilla and egg and beat until just combined.
  • SSlowly add flour mixture until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lightly greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes. When done, a toothpick should run through the cookie clean. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack.
