Creamy Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Elbow Macaroni - Uncooked
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper finely chopped
  • ½ cup Green Bell Pepper finely chopped
  • ½ cup Celery finely chopped
  • ½ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Dill Pickle finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Vinegar
  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil macaroni according to package instructions. When done, drain pasta and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour vinegar over the hot macaroni along with chopped peppers, onions, celery and pickle. Toss to combine and then allow pasta to cool completely.
  • While the pasta is cooling, in a small bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, milk and garlic powder.
  • When the pasta is completely cooled pour dressing over and mix to fully combine. Cover pasta salad and place in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
