Mustard Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Juicy baked bone-in pork chops seasoned and seared in a cast iron skillet and finished in the oven. The mustard brown sugar seasoning is absolutely delicious! Serve with creamy mashed potatoes and your favorite veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bone-In Pork Chops
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ½ tablespoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Heat your cast iron skillet over high heat. Add butter and olive oil to the skillet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, brown sugar, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper and minced garlic. Rub the pork chops all over with the mixture.
  • Once the skillet is very hot, add pork chops and cook for 2 minutes. Flip pork chops over and transfer to the oven to 6-8 minutes or until pork chops are at 145 degrees.
  • When done, transfer pork chops to a plate and cover with foil. Let rest for 4-5 minutes before serving.
  • Pour remaining sauce from your skillet over pork chops and serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
