Homemade Tortilla Chips

  • 10 corn tortillas cut into fours
  • 1/4 canola/vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 tsp salt



  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Once the oil is hot, drop about 4-5 corn tortilla triangles into the skillet. Fry for about 30 seconds on each side or until golden. Remove chips and transfer to a paper towel. Repeat process for all 40 chips. Once finished, add chips to a large
  • bowl and toss in about a 1/2 tsp salt. Serve with your favorite salsa!
