Baked Chicken Flautas
Shredded chicken rolled in flour tortillas baked to crispy perfection.
- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Cilantro Fresh, chopped
- 8 Soft Taco Flour Tortillas
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil sheet.
Add shredded chicken to a large bowl and mix with seasonings, lime juice and cilantro.
Tightly roll 1/4 cup of shredded chicken in each flour tortilla and transfer to baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Using a basting brush, lightly oil outside of flautas.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until flautas are nice and golden.
Serve flautas with your favorite toppings!
