Baked Chicken Flautas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro Fresh, chopped
  • 8 Soft Taco Flour Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil sheet.
  • Add shredded chicken to a large bowl and mix with seasonings, lime juice and cilantro.
  • Tightly roll ¼ cup of shredded chicken in each flour tortilla and transfer to baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Using a basting brush, lightly oil outside of flautas.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until flautas are nice and golden.
  • Serve flautas with your favorite toppings!
