Apple Cinnamon Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1-½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Peel and remove core of apple. Finely chop and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the remaining ingredients including the apple and mix to combine.
  • Pour banana bread mixture into a lightly buttered 9″ x 5″ bread dish.
  • Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool. Slice and serve.
