Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Red Potatoes
  • 2-3 Rosemary fresh sprigs
  • 3 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Cut red potatoes into fours and place in a large bowl. Add garlic, rosemary, olive oil, melted butter, garlic salt and pepper. Gently toss potatoes to fully coat in seasonings.
  • Pour potatoes onto a baking sheet and evenly spread out.
  • Bake potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes, turning potatoes every 15 minutes to ensure an even golden cook.
