Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil or canola/avocado
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • ¾ cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat; add butter, oil, water and sugar. Stirring frequently, bring to a low simmer, then remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Transfer chocolate sauce to a large bowl and whisk in vanilla and eggs. Gradually add flour mixture and mix until fully combined.
  • Pour brownie mix into a lightly greased or a parchment paper lined 8"x8" baking dish.
  • Bake brownies for 30 minutes or until toothpick runs through and comes out mostly clean(a few crumbs are ok). Remove from oven to let cool.
  • Once the brownies have cooled, slice and serve. Enjoy!
