Classic Brownie Recipe
The perfect homemade brownie recipe! These classic brownies are chocolatey, fudgy and absolutely melt in your mouth delicious. Top a warm brownie with vanilla ice cream for absolute perfection!
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or canola
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
In a small saucepan over low heat; add butter, oil, water and sugar. Stirring frequently, bring to a low simmer, then remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips.
Transfer chocolate sauce to a large bowl and mix in eggs one at a time. Gradually add flour and mix until fully combined.
Pour brownie mix into a lightly greased or a parchment paper lined 8"x8" baking dish.
Bake brownies for 30 minutes. Then remove from oven to let cool.
Once the brownies have cooled, slice and serve. Enjoy!
