Place olive oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion and celery and cook for about 5 mins or until soft. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients to the pan and cook for another 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve on your favorite pizza dough or use as a dipping sauce for breadsticks and more!

Store leftover pizza sauce in a container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
