Juicy baked bone-in pork chops seasoned and seared in a cast iron skillet and finished in the oven. The mustard brown sugar seasoning is absolutely delicious! Serve with creamy mashed potatoes and your favorite veggies.
Heat your cast iron skillet over high heat. Add butter and olive oil to the skillet.
In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, brown sugar, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper and minced garlic. Rub the pork chops all over with the mixture.
Once the skillet is very hot, add pork chops and cook for 2 minutes. Flip pork chops over and transfer to the oven to 6-8 minutes or until pork chops are at 145 degrees.
When done, transfer pork chops to a plate and cover with foil. Let rest for 4-5 minutes before serving.
Pour remaining sauce from your skillet over pork chops and serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
