Grilled Honey Buffalo Chicken Thighs

Amazing BBQ chicken thighs grilled low and slow to perfection and finished with a honey buffalo sauce. You are going to absolutely love this juicy grilled sweet and spicy chicken!

  • 2 lbs Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley (dried)
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Onions optional garnish


  • In a small bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, honey and minced garlic.
  • Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and parsley on all sides. Add 2 tablespoons of the honey buffalo sauce and toss thighs to fully coat.
  • Heat your grill to medium-low heat. Once the grill is nice and hot, place the chicken thighs on smooth side down. The key to juicy and tender chicken is to grill them low and slow.
  • Turn the chicken thighs over every 3-4 minutes. Continue this process until chicken juices run clear and the internal temperature is between 165-170 degrees. Baste the chicken thighs with the honey buffalo sauce during the last few turns.
  • Serve Honey Buffalo Chicken with a sprinkle of fresh chopped green onions and your favorite grilling side dishes!
