Flavor-packed delicious homemade baked meatballs are the perfect comfort meal! The meatballs are tossed in marinara sauce and served over a bed of spaghetti or on toasty rolls.

1 lb. Ground Beef 1 Egg ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese ⅓ cup Onion finely chopped 2 Garlic Cloves minced 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce ½ cup Crushed Ritz Crackers or Breadcrumbs ½ teaspoon Basil dried or 1 teaspoon fresh chopped ¼ teaspoon Oregano dried or ½ teaspoon fresh chopped 1 teaspoon Parsley dried or 1 tablespoon fresh chopped 1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar 2 tablespoon Ketchup 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper ½ teaspoon Salt 3 cups Marinara Sauce see notes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients expect for the marinara sauce. Mix until fully incorporated.
Form meatballs using a 1 ½ tablespoon cookie scoop or with your hands. This should make 20 meatballs. Transfer to parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Heat marinara/pasta sauce on the stove in a large pot. Gently toss meatballs in the sauce.
Serve over a bed of spaghetti or on toasty french rolls for a delicious sandwich. Enjoy!
