Fast and easy Mongolian ground beef tossed with ramen noodles in a delicious sweet and savory sauce. Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve as a delicious easy main course done in under 30 minutes.
Mix ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
While you prepare the ground beef, boil ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 3 minutes). Drain when done.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and onions. Cook until tender. Add ground beef, garlic and ginger. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Cook until beef is no longer pink.
Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water. Pour over ground beef and stir to combine. Stir in sauce and cook until well combined.
Toss ramen noodles in ground beef mixture. Serve with freshly chopped green onions, sesame seeds and sriracha if you like spice! Enjoy.
