First, make the bbq sauce: In a small bowl, add all ingredients except for the beef roast and mix until well combined.
Pour a third of the sauce in the bottom of the crockpot. Place beef roast on top of the sauce, then pour remaining sauce on top.
Place lid on crockpot and cook on low heat for 7 ½ hours or on high heat for 4 hours. When done, beef will be fork tender.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, a salad or your favorite veggies. You can also serve on toasty buns for a delicious sandwich! Enjoy!
Notes
*Store leftovers completely cooled in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.**You can use tri tip, chuck roast, or London broil. I used a tri tip roast in this recipe and it was absolutely delicious!
