Zesty Ground Beef Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Corn Tortillas
  • 2 cups Iceberg Lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes chopped

Ground Beef Filling:

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • ½ Yellow Onion chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Red Salsa
  • ¼ teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil, peppers and onions. Cook until tender.
  • Add ground beef and minced garlic to the skillet. Break up ground beef with a spatula and cook until browned. Drain excess grease from skillet. Stir in seasonings, soy sauce, and salsa.
  • Arrange tacos by topping hot corn tortillas with ground beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, a drizzle of Italian dressing and your favorite hot sauce. Enjoy!
