In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil, peppers and onions. Cook until tender.
Add ground beef and minced garlic to the skillet. Break up ground beef with a spatula and cook until browned. Drain excess grease from skillet. Stir in seasonings, soy sauce, and salsa.
Arrange tacos by topping hot corn tortillas with ground beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, a drizzle of Italian dressing and your favorite hot sauce. Enjoy!
