  • 1 lb. Ground Beef 85/15
  • ½ Red Onion ¼" sliced
  • 1 Tomato ¼" sliced
  • ¾ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • Lettuce butter, romaine, similar

  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Blackened Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Heat skillet to medium-high heat. Sprinkle bacon with black pepper on all sides. Add bacon to the skillet and cook until crisp. Transfer to a plate for later.

  • Remove patties and buns from the grill and assemble your burger.
  • Spread mayonnaise on your buns, top with lettuce, onion, tomato, burger patty, bacon, remaining blue cheese and top bun. Enjoy!
