Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef lean
  • 8 Thick Cut Bacon slices
  • 8 Onion Rings
  • 4 Sharp Cheddar Cheese slices
  • 4 Brioche Sesame Seed Buns
  • ½ cup Barbecue Sauce
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  • Cook onion rings according to package instructions.
  • While the onion rings cook, prepare bacon on a large skillet over medium-high heat until nice and crisp. When done, transfer to a paper towel.
  • Divide ground beef into four burger patties. Be careful not to overwork the meat. Season patties with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce on both sides.
  • Heat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, add ground beef patties. Cook burgers for about 4-6 minutes on each side depending on your preferred doneness level. Add cheddar cheese slices and melt.
  • Lightly toast the buns cut side down on your grill.
  • To assemble burgers, spread mayo on buns followed by barbecue sauce. Top with your cheeseburger patty, bacon, and onion rings. Serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
