Jalapeño - One large jalapeño is used in this recipe. If you want a spicier salsa, leave the seeds in and just remove the stem. For a less spicy salsa, remove the seeds.El Pato Tomato Sauce - We use the yellow can of the El Pato tomato sauce, you can also use the red or green can as well. You can find this sauce at your local grocery store next to the salsas.
