Ingredients
  

  • ½ Yellow Onion
  • 1 Jalapeno see notes
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 8 oz. Can El Pato Tomato Sauce see notes
  • ¼ Lime juiced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro stems removed
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Distilled White Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Simply add all of your ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve with your favorite Mexican dishes, breakfast burritos, tortilla chips and more. Enjoy!

Notes

Jalapeño - One large jalapeño is used in this recipe. If you want a spicier salsa, leave the seeds in and just remove the stem. For a less spicy salsa, remove the seeds.
El Pato Tomato Sauce - We use the yellow can of the El Pato tomato sauce, you can also use the red or green can as well. You can find this sauce at your local grocery store next to the salsas.
