Ingredients
  

Oven Steak Fries:

  • 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil or similar
  • 4 Russet Potatoes peeled, cut into ¼" half moons
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

Seasoned Ground Beef:

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef or ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup

Burger Sauce:

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet or Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard

Bowl Toppings:

  • 1 Iceberg Or Romaine Lettuce Head chopped
  • 2 Large Tomatoes diced
  • ½ Red Onion sliced thin
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 3 Dill Pickles sliced into chips

Instructions
 

  • To make steak fries: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil. Toss cut potatoes in oil and seasonings to fully coat.
  • Arrange potatoes in a single layer and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Carefully flip, and bake another 15 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside for later.
  • While the fries cook, prepare the ground beef. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, then stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients to make the burger sauce. Place in fridge until you are ready to use.
  • Arrange burger bowls with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions, grated cheddar cheese, ground beef and steak fries. Drizzle top with burger sauce. Enjoy!
