My favorite thing about these Burger Bowls is how easy they are to make! With very little prep and cooking, you are going to be eating a delicious healthy lunch or dinner.

You can also meal prep these bowls for the week for easy weekday lunches and dinners! This recipe will serve about 4-6 people, depending on everyone's appetite. If you are wanting to meal prep or are just cooking for a large crowd, simply double the recipe.

Ingredients That Go Into Making Burger Bowls:

Ground Beef - Seasoned with Worcestershire Sauce, Mustard, Ketchup, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder. You'll need one pound of ground beef or ground turkey would also be good! We use lean options for both.

Lettuce - We like to use iceberg or romaine lettuce for these burger bowls but to make it even healthier - use spinach or kale!

Tomatoes - Use your favorite tomatoes or whatever you have on hand. We used tomatoes on the vine this time. Cherry tomatoes would also be delicious.

Pickles - We like dill pickles, but you can also use sweet pickles. Or use your favorite bread and butter pickle chips.

Cheese - We use sharp cheddar cheese grated off the block. White cheddar, Swiss or Colby jack would be yummy too.

Onions - Red, yellow or white onion all work great! You can serve them raw or grilled.

Baked French Fries - Russet Potatoes, Oil, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Parsley, Salt.

Burger Sauce - Mayonnaise, Mustard, Pickle Relish, Ketchup.

How To Make The Best Burger Bowls:

To make steak fries: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil. Toss cut potatoes in oil and seasonings to fully coat.

Arrange potatoes in a single layer and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Carefully flip, and bake another 15 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside for later.

While the fries cook, prepare the ground beef. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, then stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients to make the burger sauce. Place in fridge until you are ready to use.

Arrange burger bowls with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions, grated cheddar cheese, ground beef and steak fries. Drizzle top with burger sauce. Enjoy!
