Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken Thighs or Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive or Avocado Oil
  • ½ tbsp Butter

Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne
  • ¼ teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the cajun seasoning.
  • Season chicken on all sides with cajun spice seasoning blend.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and butter. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet.
  • Cook chicken about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip chicken over and cook for about 5 more minutes until golden and cooked through to at least 165 degrees.
  • When done, remove chicken from the pan. Serve with your favorite side dishes, pasta, tacos, burritos or as a delicious sandwich. Enjoy!
