- 1 ½ lb. Chuck Beef Roast boneless
- 1 15 oz. Can Kidney Beans drained
- 1 15 oz. Can Pinto Beans drained
- 1 15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Yellow Onion chopped
- ½ cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 4 oz. Can Fire Roasted Green Chiles
- 3 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- ½ tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Add all of the ingredients to your slow cooker and stir to combine.
Place your slow cooker on the low setting and cook for about 7-9 hours until chuck roast is fork tender.
Once the roast is fork tender, carefully shred with two forks and stir chili.
Serve with your favorite toppings like cheddar cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and more. Enjoy!
