Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lb. Chuck Beef Roast boneless
  • 1 15 oz. Can Kidney Beans drained
  • 1 15 oz. Can Pinto Beans drained
  • 1 15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Yellow Onion chopped
  • ½ cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 4 oz. Can Fire Roasted Green Chiles
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • ½ tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to your slow cooker and stir to combine.
  • Place your slow cooker on the low setting and cook for about 7-9 hours until chuck roast is fork tender.
  • Once the roast is fork tender, carefully shred with two forks and stir chili.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings like cheddar cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and more. Enjoy!
