Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo

Quick and easy Alfredo recipe tossed in fettuccine noodles and finished with grated parmesan cheese.

- ½ lb Fettuccine Pasta
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley or 2 teaspoon fresh chopped
Boil fettuccine according to package instructions. When done, drain and set aside.
While your fettuccine is cooking, prepare the Alfredo sauce.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in parmesan cheese.
Slowly pour in heavy cream while whisking frequently. Cook sauce over a low simmer until lightly thickens. Season with salt, black pepper and parsley.
Toss fettuccine noodles in your alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Serve with more freshly grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes(optional).
