Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley or 2 teaspoon fresh chopped

Instructions
 

  • Boil fettuccine according to package instructions. When done, drain and set aside.
  • While your fettuccine is cooking, prepare the Alfredo sauce.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in parmesan cheese.
  • Slowly pour in heavy cream while whisking frequently. Cook sauce over a low simmer until lightly thickens. Season with salt, black pepper and parsley.
  • Toss fettuccine noodles in your alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Serve with more freshly grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes(optional).
