Ingredients You Need To Make Fettuccine Alfredo:
Fettuccine Noodles - To keep it traditional, you'll want to use fettuccine. However, you can really use any noodles you want, long or short-cut.
Heavy Cream - You'll need about one and half cups of heavy cream.
Parmesan Cheese - I recommend using a high quality parmesan cheese for this sauce. It will give your sauce the best possible flavor.
Butter - We use unsalted butter for the Alfredo sauce. If using salted butter, be sure to salt to taste when adding additional salt.
Garlic - Fresh garlic is also highly recommended for this pasta to get the most flavorful sauce.
Salt - I typically use sea salt or Himalayan salt. Be sure to salt to to your taste preference.
Black Pepper - Freshly cracked or ground black pepper.
Parsley - You can use fresh or dried parsley in this recipe. If using fresh parsley, be sure to double the amount.
