Crinkle Cut Fries

Crispy baked seasoned crinkle cut fries are the perfect side dish to serve with burgers, sandwiches and more. These fries are super easy to make and are a major crowd-pleaser! Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 Russet Potatoes
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Avocado Oil or Canola
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Using the crinkle cutter knife, cut potatoes in half lengthwise and again in half lengthwise. Then, cut potatoes into ¼" - ½" fries.
  • Toss cut potatoes in oil, and seasonings until fully coated.
  • Arrange fries in an even layer on a lightly oiled or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake fries in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Carefully, flip fries over and bake for another 15- 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • When done, let fries cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
