Crispy baked crinkle cut fries are the perfect side dish to serve with burgers, sandwiches and more. These fries are super easy to make and are a major crowd-pleaser! Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Crinkle Cut Fries get their wavy edge by using a crinkle cut knife. Once cut, they are seasoned and baked to golden perfection. I love serving them with my favorite dipping sauce, a mix of mayonnaise and ketchup.

This recipe will serve about 4-5 people depending on everyone's appetite. If you are cooking for a larger crowd, simply double the recipe.

Ingredients You Need To Make Crinkle Cut Fries:

Russet Potatoes - You'll need about 4-5 large russet potatoes.

Oil - We use avocado oil when cooking at higher temperatures. However, canola or vegetable oil will also work great.

French Fry Seasoning Blend - Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Dried Parsley.

*Full measurements and instructions are listed below.

How To Make Homemade Crinkle Cut Fries:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Using the crinkle cutter knife, cut potatoes in half lengthwise and again in half lengthwise. Then, cut potatoes into ¼" - ½" fries.

Toss cut potatoes in oil, and seasonings until fully coated.

Arrange fries in an even layer on a lightly oiled or parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake fries in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Carefully, flip fries over and bake for another 15- 20 minutes until golden brown.

When done, let fries cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
