This recipe will serve about 4-5 people depending on everyone's appetite. If you are cooking for a larger crowd, simply double the recipe.
Ingredients You Need To Make Crinkle Cut Fries:
Russet Potatoes - You'll need about 4-5 large russet potatoes.
Oil - We use avocado oil when cooking at higher temperatures. However, canola or vegetable oil will also work great.
French Fry Seasoning Blend - Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Dried Parsley.

How To Make Homemade Crinkle Cut Fries:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Using the crinkle cutter knife, cut potatoes in half lengthwise and again in half lengthwise. Then, cut potatoes into ¼" - ½" fries.
Toss cut potatoes in oil, and seasonings until fully coated.
Arrange fries in an even layer on a lightly oiled or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake fries in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Carefully, flip fries over and bake for another 15- 20 minutes until golden brown.
When done, let fries cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
