Easy Dinner Potatoes

Quick and easy seasoned potatoes pan-fried to crisp golden perfection and finished with fresh chopped green onions. This dinner potato recipe is made simply on your stovetop and done in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Russet Potatoes peeled, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 ½ tbsp Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 3 Green Onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your russet potatoes by peeling them and cutting them into 1 inch chunks.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and oil. Add in potatoes and sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and parsley. Stir to coat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so.
  • During the last 5 minutes, turn the heat up to medium-high and pan-fry the potatoes until golden brown. When done, toss the potatoes in fresh chopped green onions. Serve with your favorite main courses.
