The Most Delicious Easy Dinner Potato Recipe - Quick and easy seasoned potatoes pan-fried to crisp golden perfection and finished with fresh chopped green onions. This dinner potato recipe is made simply on your stovetop and done in under 30 minutes.

    Easy Dinner Potatoes Recipe

Serve my easy potato side dish recipe with your favorite main courses for dinner. I will link a few of my favorite main courses to serve with potatoes for you below.

This recipe will serve about 4-5 people, depending on everyone's appetite. You can certainly double this recipe.

Ingredients you need to make dinner potatoes:

Russet Potatoes - You''ll need 4 large russet potatoes. You can also use golden or red potatoes, but you'll need to use about 8-12.

Butter - Salted or unsalted butter both work fine in this recipe. We use unsalted usually. We use the butter to sear the potatoes. It gives them a nice golden brown.

Oil - We use avocado oil, you can also use any other light oil you prefer. We use a combination of butter and oil to fry the potatoes. This prevents the oil or butter from burning.

Seasoning Blend - A super simple, yet delicious, seasoning blend of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and parsley.

Green Onions - Fresh chopped green onions add a delicious pop of fresh flavor. We toss the cooked potatoes in chopped green onions once they are done cooking.
