Ingredients you need to make dinner potatoes:
Russet Potatoes - You''ll need 4 large russet potatoes. You can also use golden or red potatoes, but you'll need to use about 8-12.
Butter - Salted or unsalted butter both work fine in this recipe. We use unsalted usually. We use the butter to sear the potatoes. It gives them a nice golden brown.
Oil - We use avocado oil, you can also use any other light oil you prefer. We use a combination of butter and oil to fry the potatoes. This prevents the oil or butter from burning.
Seasoning Blend - A super simple, yet delicious, seasoning blend of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and parsley.
Green Onions - Fresh chopped green onions add a delicious pop of fresh flavor. We toss the cooked potatoes in chopped green onions once they are done cooking.
