Cook the gnocchi according to your package instructions. Gnocchi will float to the top of the water when done. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil, butter, onions and salt. Cook until onions are nice and tender.
Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute. Add tomatoes, oregano, parsley, black pepper and crushed red pepper. Cover and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir peas into the tomato sauce. Slowly pour in heavy cream while continuing to stir until well incorporated. Bring to a low simmer for a couple minutes.
Toss gnocchi into the creamy tomato sauce and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
