Ingredients
  

Seasoned Ground Beef

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Salsa

Cilantro Lime Rice:

  • 1 ½ cups Cooked White Rice
  • ½ Lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Grilled Peppers and Onions:

  • ½ tablespoon Oil
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • ¼ Red Onion sliced

Toppings:

  • 1 15 oz Can Black Beans drained
  • 1 15 oz Canned Corn drained
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes chopped
  • cup Jack Cheese grated
  • cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce shredded
  • Sour Cream
  • Guacamole or Avocado

Instructions
 

  • Begin by cooking your white rice.
  • While the rice cooks, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, peppers, and onions. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  • In another skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, seasonings, and soy sauce. Cook ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in salsa.
  • Once the white rice is cooked, mix in lime juice and cilantro.
  • Heat up the black beans and corn in a saucepan or microwave safe bowl.
  • Arrange burrito bowls with cilantro lime rice, cooked ground beef, black beans, corn, peppers and onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream! Enjoy!
