Simple and delicious seasoned roasted red potatoes tossed in fresh parsley and parmesan cheese. These potatoes are the perfect dinner side dish recipe.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss potatoes in olive oil on the baking sheet and season with garlic, onion, salt, pepper and paprika.
Turn potatoes cut side down and roast for 20 minutes. Remove potatoes from the oven and carefully, using tongs or spatula, flip potatoes over and bake for another 15 minutes. When done, potatoes will be fork tender and golden brown.
Carefully toss potatoes in a bowl with freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve with your favorite main courses. Enjoy!
