Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Pour banana bread mixture into a lightly buttered 9" x 5" bread dish. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Slice and serve.
