Delicious homemade burritos loaded which shredded chicken, black beans, Mexican rice, sour cream, jack cheese and salsa. These are the best ever homemade burritos!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Large Burrito Tortillas
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 1 can Black Beans drained
  • 1 cup Mexican Rice
  • 1 cup Jack Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Salsa

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Mexican Rice. Or you can use steamed white rice and mix in a little salsa.
  • Heat flour tortillas on a large hot skillet.
  • Evenly distribute chicken, Mexican rice, black beans, jack cheese, sour cream, and salsa between four hot flour tortillas. Roll tortillas up into burritos.
  • Serve with your favorite hot sauce, guacamole and tortilla chips(optional). Enjoy!
