Rotisserie Chicken Burritos - Delicious homemade burritos loaded which shredded chicken, black beans, Mexican rice, sour cream, jack cheese and salsa. These are the best ever homemade burritos!

These are our absolute favorite burritos to make at home from scratch! Not only are they super easy to make but they are SO delicious. We like to use Costco rotisserie chicken but you can use regular shredded chicken as well.
Notes On Ingredients You Need To Make Rotisserie Chicken Burritos:
Rotisserie Chicken - Two to three cups shredded rotisserie chicken. You can also use regular shredded chicken.
Mexican Rice - We like to make our easy Homemade Mexican Rice Recipe for these burritos. You can use your favorite recipe. Or you can mix a little salsa into steamed white rice.
Black Beans - You'll need one to two cans black beans, drained.
Jack Cheese - We like jack cheese in this burrito, but you can use cheddar or a Mexican cheese blend.
Salsa - We use our favorite Homemade Spicy Salsa Recipe. You can use your favorite jarred or homemade salsa.
Sour Cream - If you like sour cream I highly recommend using in your burrito.
Tortillas - We like to use the extra large burrito tortillas in this recipe.

Tools to have on hand:
Measuring Cups and Spoons - To properly measure all of your ingredients.
Cheese Grater - To grate your cheese.
Large Skillet - To heat your tortillas on.

How To Make The Best Chicken Burritos:
Prepare the Mexican Rice. Or you can use steamed white rice and mix in a little salsa.
Heat flour tortillas on a large hot skillet.
Evenly distribute chicken, Mexican rice, black beans, jack cheese, sour cream, and salsa between four hot flour tortillas. Roll tortillas up into burritos.
Serve with your favorite hot sauce, guacamole and tortilla chips(optional). Enjoy!
