First prepare the pizza dough: Fit mixer with dough hook. Pour warm water into the bowl of your stand mixer. Add yeast and sugar and let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
Add oil, salt and flour to the mixer bowl. Knead over medium speed until a ball of dough forms around your hook.
Next, place the ball of dough in a large lightly greased bowl. Cover and let rise for about one and a half hours or until dough has doubled in size.
While the dough rises, make pizza sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter, oil, balsamic vinegar, onions and red bell pepper. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are tender. Add garlic and tomato and cook another minute or so until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and seasonings. Simmer on low for a few minutes then remove from heat.
Cook ground sausage on a skillet until browned and cooked through completely.
Make the pizza: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a 13x18 baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle on 1-2 tablespoons corn meal. Transfer pizza dough on top of the cornmeal. Gently stretch out the dough to fit your baking sheet.
Evenly spread pizza sauce onto the dough followed by mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Evenly distribute cooked sausage, pepperoni, and jalapeños.
Finally, bake pizza in your 400 degree oven for 15-17 minutes until bottom is golden brown and top is bubbly.
Allow pizza to cool slightly, slice and serve. Enjoy!
