Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

Amazing, flavor-packed chili recipe made with chicken thighs, beans, peppers and onions in a slightly spicy red chili sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs Chicken Thighs or Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz. Can Kidney Beans drained
  • 1 15 oz. Can Pinto Beans drained
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Simply add all of your ingredients to your slow cooker and stir to combine.
  • Place lid on your slow cooker and cook on low for about 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  • When done, gently shred the chicken with tongs or two forks.
  • Serve chili with your favorite toppings like chopped green onions, shredded cheese and sour cream! Enjoy!
