Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb. Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Seasoning Blend

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • teaspoon Sugar
  • teaspoon Turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your smoker by heating to 450-475 degrees.
  • Oil pork roast on all sides, then rub all over with seasoning blend.
  • Insert meat thermometer probe directly into the side/center of the pork. Place pork on the center of the grill. Sear on all sides until lightly browned.
  • Turn your smoker down to 225 degrees and continue cooking pork until internal temperature reaches 145-150 degrees.
  • When done, remove pork from the grill and transfer to a cutting board. Allow the pork to cool slightly before slicing and serving with your favorite side dishes.
