A step by step guide on how to smoke a tender, juicy pork tenderloin. The pork tenderloin and seasoned, seared, then cooked low and slow to perfection.
Prepare your smoker by heating to 450-475 degrees.
Oil pork roast on all sides, then rub all over with seasoning blend.
Insert meat thermometer probe directly into the side/center of the pork. Place pork on the center of the grill. Sear on all sides until lightly browned.
Turn your smoker down to 225 degrees and continue cooking pork until internal temperature reaches 145-150 degrees.
When done, remove pork from the grill and transfer to a cutting board. Allow the pork to cool slightly before slicing and serving with your favorite side dishes.
