If you are looking for an easy way to smoke a pork tenderloin with a tender, juicy end result - this is it. The key to a tender smoked pork is cooking the pork low and slow until your preferred doneness.
First, the pork is seared on high to give you a nice crust. Then, we turn the smoker down to low heat to finish the cooking process. This recipe calls for a two pound pork tenderloin. You can easily double the recipe.

Ingredients You Need To Make Smoked Pork Tenderloin:
Pork Tenderloin - We use one 2 lb pound pork tenderloin in this recipe. If you are cooking for a larger crowd, you can easily double this recipe and use two pork tenderloins.
Seasonings - Salt, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Cayenne, Sugar, Turmeric.
Oil - To lightly oil the meat to prevent it from sticking to the grill while cooking. We use avocado oil but you can use canola or vegetable oil as well.

How To Smoke A Pork Tenderloin:
Prepare your smoker by heating to 450-475 degrees.
Oil pork roast on all sides, then rub all over with seasoning blend.
Insert meat thermometer probe directly into the side/center of the pork. Place pork on the center of the grill. Sear on all sides until lightly browned.
Turn your smoker down to 225 degrees and continue cooking pork until internal temperature reaches 145-150 degrees.
When done, remove pork from the grill and transfer to a cutting board. Allow the pork to cool slightly before slicing and serving with your favorite side dishes.
