Vanilla Chocolate Chip Muffins

Moist and delicious homemade vanilla muffins with chocolate chips. These muffins make for the perfect sweet breakfast treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • cup Brown Sugar
  • cup White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder.
  • In a separate bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla, milk and eggs.
  • Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Evenly pour batter into your standard sized baking cup lined muffin pan.
  • Transfer muffin pan to oven and bake for 22-24 minutes. When done, muffin tops will be lightly golden and a toothpick should run through the muffins and come out clean.
  • When done, transfer muffins to a cooling rack to cool. Enjoy warm muffins fresh!
