Ingredients You Need To Make Vanilla Chocolate Chip Muffins:
Butter - We use unsalted butter in this recipe. However, you may use salted or unsalted.
Granulated White Sugar - Pure cane sugar or regular white sugar both work great.
Brown Sugar - Light or dark brown sugar. If you don't have brown sugar, you can use all white sugar although you won't get the same exact flavor in the end.
Milk - We use whole milk but you can use any milk of your choice.
Eggs - We use two regular eggs.
Vanilla Extract - A good quality pure vanilla extract is best.
All-Purpose Flour - Regular unbleached all-purpose flour is best.
Salt - We use Himalayan salt in this recipe, but you can use your favorite cooking salt.
Baking Powder - This will assist in the rising process.
Chocolate Chips - Semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips are my favorite type of chip to use in my muffin recipes. I also love using mini chocolate chips.
