I am a Hazelnut Coffee Mate creamer freak. Always have been. In my opinion that stuff is GOOOD. But, I wanted to make something similar so when I'm having one of those mornings where my hot coffee is brewed and ready for my precious creamer and I open up the fridge only to find a drop left (GULP), I will have an alternative. So, I came up with this. It's just three simple ingredients.

    Homemade Hazelnut Creamer

    Yield: 16 oz.

    Ingredients:
    • 2 cups half and half
    • 4 tablespoon pure maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon hazelnut extract

    Directions:
Pour the half and half, hazelnut extract and maple syrup into the container you plan on storing your creamer in. Shake and serve.

Hi Yolanda, This should last in the fridge about 3-5 days. Be sure to shake it up before using each time. 🙂
