Ground Turkey - Use a quality lean ground turkey. You can also use ground beef in substitution.
All-Purpose Flour - Regular all-purpose flour works best in this recipe. We use this to thicken the parmesan cream sauce.
Half and Half - Half and half goes in to the cream sauce. You can use whole milk as a substitute.
Chicken Broth - Use chicken or vegetable broth. You'll need about one and a quarter cup.
Parmesan Cheese - I highly recommend using a high quality parmesan cheese for the best flavor. You'll need ¾ cup for the sauce and more for garnish.
Seasonings - Salt, Black Pepper, Basil, Parsley, Red Pepper Flakes.

How To Make Creamy Parmesan Turkey Spaghetti:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter and onions. Cook until tender. Add ground turkey and minced garlic and cook, breaking up turkey with a spatula. Cook until turkey is cooked through completely.
Sprinkle flour and seasonings into turkey mixture and stir to combine. Slowly stir in half and half and chicken broth until combined. Continue to cook until sauce lightly thickens. Stir in parmesan cheese.
