    How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

    Spaghetti Squash is the perfect low-carb substitute for pasta and it is so tasty!! Here is a super simple way to cook your spaghetti squash perfectly!

    Spaghetti Squash

    Serves: 2 people
     
    Ingredients:
    • 1 spaghetti squash
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon pepper
     
    Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
     
    1. Carefully cut your spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    2. Place flat side down on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
    3. Using a fork, scoop out the squash and serve warm with your favorite pasta sauce.
