Spaghetti Squash is the perfect low-carb substitute for pasta and it is so tasty!! Here is a super simple way to cook your spaghetti squash perfectly!
Spaghetti Squash
Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:

1 spaghetti squash

1 tablespoon olive oil

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Carefully cut your spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Place flat side down on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Using a fork, scoop out the squash and serve warm with your favorite pasta sauce.
