Tzatziki Sauce

This sauce takes less than five minutes to make and is totally delicious! Greek yogurt, dill, cucumber and lemon are the stars of Tzatziki Sauce. These ingredients work together to create a fresh and flavorful sauce that works great in so many different recipes. You can use it as a dressing on a gyro, a dipping sauce for vegetables, or even on a salad.

Tzatziki Sauce

makes 1 cup
 
Ingredients:
 
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh dill finely chopped
  • salt & pepper
 
Directions:
 
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Serve cold.
