    Grilled Asparagus

    Perfectly grilled asparagus with a very light crunch. Lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cooked on a grill pan over the stove.

    Grilled Asparagus

     
    Serves: 2-4
    Total Time: 10 minutes
     
    Ingredients:
     
    • 1.5 lbs Asparagus (about 20 spears)
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
     
    Directions:
     
    1. Trim asparagus stalk ends off (about 1-2 inches). Add to a bowl with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a ½ tablespoon olive oil.
    2. With remaining ½ tablespoon olive oil, lightly grease the grill pan you are using to cook the asparagus on.
    3. Heat a grill pan to medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the asparagus. Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat immediately and serve! Enjoy!
