    JUMP TO RECIPE

Christmas Ham slathered in brown sugar, mustard, ground cloves, and sliced pineapple. This ham is full of delicious, warm flavors and is super moist and tender. It is an absolute showstopper! The holidays can get a little hectic and luckily I've got you covered here! The ham is so easy to prepare and then you just plop it in the oven and let the oven do the rest of the work so you can focus on getting other things done! This ham recipe is my go-to ham recipe for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. I look forward to it every year!

    Holiday Pineapple Ham

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Ham (about 10 lb.)
    • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
    • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
    • 1 20oz. can pineapple slices
    • toothpicks

    Directions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
    2. Pat your ham dry and place in a deep baking dish lined with foil.
    3. In a small bowl, combine mustard, brown sugar and cloves. Rub this mixture all over the outside of the ham.
    4. Using toothpicks to hold the pineapple slices in place, cover the entire ham with pineapple.
    5. Using a large piece of foil, loosely cover the entire ham in foil.
    6. Place in the oven and bake 15 minutes for every pound of ham. So, if you have a 10 pound ham, bake for 2.5 hours.
