Curry Dumpling Bake - Cozy curry dumpling bake made with chicken potstickers in a warm curry-spiced sauce topped with green onions and chili garlic sauce. Serve over steamed white rice.

My delicious Curry Dumpling Bake is inspired by the viral TikTok dumpling bake made with Trader Joes Teriyaki Sauce, Curry and Coconut Milk with Chili Crisp.
We like to serve our curry dumplings over steamed white rice with sriracha or chili garlic sauce and fresh chopped green onions. The chili garlic sauce adds a delicious flavor. And in my opinion is much tastier than the chili crisp used in the original viral bake.
I also use my own warm Thai inspired curry blend, rather than the bottled sauce used in the original version. This recipe will serve about 4-6 people depending on everyone's appetite.

Ingredients You Need To Make Curry Dumpling Bake:
Potstickers - You'll need 16-20 chicken potstickers. We love the brand "Ling Ling".
Coconut Milk - One 15 ounce can of full fat or low fat coconut milk.
Tomato Sauce - One 15 ounce can of tomato sauce.
Garlic - Two freshly minced whole garlic cloves.
Ginger - One tablespoon of freshly grated ginger.
Thai Curry Powder - Ground ginger, garlic powder, cinnamon, cumin, parsley, basil, cayenne, black pepper, nutmeg, chili powder.
Teriyaki Sauce - You'll need a quarter cup of teriyaki sauce. You can use Soy Vey Teriyaki Sauce, Trader Joe's brand, or your favorite.
Spinach - You'll need 2-3 cups of spinach for the dumping bake. You can also use kale or broccoli florets.
Chili Garlic Sauce - We drizzle chili garlic sauce on top of the dumpling bake when serving. Sriracha can also be used as a substitute.
Green Onion - Fresh chopped green onion adds a delicious fresh flavor to the dish.

Tools You Need For This Recipe:
Baking Dish - 9x13 baking dish is needed to bake the dumplings in.
Mixing Bowl - To mix the curry sauce in.
Measuring Cups and Spoons - For properly measuring all of your ingredients.

How To Make My Curry Dumpling Bake:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, tomato sauce, teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and curry seasoning blend.
Pour curry sauce into a 9x13 baking dish. Place dumplings into the baking dish in a single layer. Sprinkle spinach on top and gently press into the sauce.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. When done, remove from oven and let cool before serving.
Serve curry dumplings with sauce over steamed rice. Top with a drizzle of chili garlic sauce and fresh chopped green onions.

Ingredients
- 20 Chicken Potstickers frozen
- 1 15 oz. Can Coconut Milk
- 1 15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
- ¼ cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
- 2 cups Spinach stems removed
- 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce garnish (or sriracha)
- 3 Green Onions chopped
Curry Seasonings:
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Powder
- ½ teaspoon Ginger
- ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley
- ½ teaspoon Dried Basil
Instructions
