Ingredients You Need To Make Ice Cream Sandwich Cake:
Ice Cream Sandwiches - You'll need 24 ice cream sandwiches. You can use regular or neapolitan.
Ice Cream - We use strawberry ice cream in this recipe with regular ice cream sandwiches. You can use mint chip, cookies and cream, chocolate, or any flavor you prefer!
Cool Whip - You'll need one tup of softened cool whip.
Cream Cheese - We use one 8 ounce softened bar of regular cream cheese.
Sprinkles - This is an optional topping. You can use any sprinkles or cookie crumbles on top!

How To Make Easy Ice Cream Sandwich Cake:
Fit your mixer with the paddle attachment. Add softened cream cheese and cool whip to the bowl of your mixer. Whip until light and fluffy and well combined.
Layer half of the ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of your 9x13 dish. Spread slightly softened ice cream of choice on top in an even layer. Top with remaining ice cream sandwiches. Spread cheesecake cool whip topping on top and sprinkle top with sprinkles.
Transfer cake to your freezer an let freeze up for at least an hour. Slice and serve! Enjoy!
