This recipe will serve about 4-6 people, depending on everyone's appetite. If you are cooking for a large crowd, please feel free to double the recipe.

Ingredients you need to make Alfredo Marinara Spaghetti:

Spaghetti - Regular, thin or angel hair pasta all work great. You can even use a short cut pasta.

Ground Turkey - You'll need one pound of ground turkey. I used 90/10 fat ratio but you can also use 85/15. You can also use ground beef or ground Italian sausage in this recipe. You can even skip the meat altogether if you prefer!

Butter - Salted or unsalted butter both work great.

Onion - Yellow, white or red onion all work great.

Garlic - Fresh garlic is best in this recipe, but you may substitute 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

Alfredo Sauce - You'll need a half jar (one cup) of your favorite Alfredo sauce.

Marinara Sauce - Use your favorite Marinara Sauce Recipe or your favorite jarred sauce. You'll need two cups.

Parmesan Cheese - Freshly grated parmesan cheese off the block is recommended. You can also use pre-grated parmesan cheese. This will be used as a topping once the pasta is done.

Dried Parsley - We used one teaspoon dried parsley. If using fresh, double the amount and chop fine.

Dried Basil - We used one teaspoon dried basil. If using fresh, double the amount and chop fine.

Salt & Black Pepper - To season ground turkey while cooking.

*Full measurements and instructions are listed below.

What is it called when you mix Alfredo and marinara sauce?

There is no official name for doing this, but some people like to call it "pink sauce". It tastes like a creamy marinara sauce with a delicious rich flavor.

    How to store leftover pasta?

Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.

    Can I freeze leftover spaghetti?

Yes. I recommend separating the sauce from the noodles when freezing. Freeze sauce and noodles completely cooled in an airtight freezer bag for up to three months.

How to reheat frozen spaghetti noodles and sauce?

Let noodles and meat sauce thaw in the fridge overnight. Reheat noodles by transferring to a microwave safe bowl and adding a little bit of water or butter. Place in the microwave for a couple minutes stirring every so often until hot.

To reheat pasta sauce, place in a microwave safe bowl and cover with a paper towel. Heat in microwave for a few minutes stirring every minute or so until hot.
